The Vandalia-Butler Presidents Club has officially retired from operations during the 2015-2016 year.  We wish to thank everyone who has participated in the Presidents Club over our 30 year history.

Our Distinguished Service Award tradition continues as the torch was passed to one of our member service clubs, the Vandalia Butler Optimist Club.  Starting in 2016, the Optimist Club will be sponsoring the DSA event.

The Distinguished Service Award winner for 2015 is Kathy Garver from the Vandalia Food Pantry.  Congratulations Kathy! 

Distinguished Service Award Banquet is scheduled for March 2, 2016 at the Celebrations II Banquet Center at 6:00pm in honor of Kathy Garver!   Celebrations II Banquet center is located at 7615 Poe Ave, Dayton, OH 45414.

The Vandalia-Butler Presidents Club is a non-profit organization made up of leaders from the various local service organizations who are dedicated to civil and/or philanthropic purposes in our local community.

Our main goals are:

  • To serve as a public central information site for all civic organizations in our local community,

  • To promote good communication and teamwork between the local civic organizations,

  • To honor a local community leader each year at our Distinguished Service Award dinner.
Membership rotates each year as civic group leadership changes, ensuring new life and vitality in our organization. Whether you are new to the area and trying to find a civic group or have called the Vandalia-Butler community your home for many years, we hope this web site provides you with helpful, pertinent and useful information.
